  • Our classes are suitable for all levels. Instructors will layer exercises to ensure you feel comfortable and get the most out of your workout. Just make sure you arrive 10-15 minutes before your class starts so we can show you through our space.

  • We offer Infrared Sauna and Compression Therapy in studio.

    Each Infrared Sauna session runs for 45 minutes. You can book through our website or the Cheeks Pilates app on your device.

    Each Compression and Recovery Room session runs for up to one hour. Normatec III Compression boots can be used for up to 45 minutes during this session. You are also welcome to use the Recovery Room amenities including: stretch area, foam rollers and Theragun.

    Compression and Recovery sessions can be booked through our website or the Cheeks Pilates app on your device.

    • Drink Bottle

    • Sweat Towel

    • Grip Socks (optional but highly recommended. We stock MoveActive socks in studio)

  • Infrared Sauna:

    • Bathers or loose fitting clothing to wear in sauna

    • Drink Bottle

    • 2 Towels (1 x Towel to sit on and 1 X Towel to dry off after)

    • Change of clothes for post-sauna

    Compression Therapy:

    We do require socks to be worn whilst using our compression boots

    Otherwise, you are welcome to bring your phone to scroll or we have a TV set up to watch your favourite Netflix show

  • You can book your reformer classes, infrared sauna or compression and recovery sessions through our CHEEKS Pilates App available to download from your app store.

    You can also book using our website or the MindBody App.

    All classes and appointments must be booked prior to attending the studio.
