STUDIO POLICIES

General Terms and Conditions

Cheeks Pilates Pty Ltd will make every possible effort to deliver classes and services on time as advertised. However, there may be times when a scheduled class is unable to be delivered. Classes are provided by Cheeks Pilates Pty Ltd at Brunswick East studio delivered to its clients.

Late entry is not permitted to any class. Please ensure that you arrive 5-10 mins before the scheduled class time at the studio.

Cheeks Pilates Pty Ltd are not liable to refund, transfer or offer compensation of any kind for classes that are late, changed or cancelled for any reason, or in the event you are unable to attend a class because it is full.

Cheeks Pilates Pty Ltd provides areas for participants to store their valuables, but please note that Cheeks Pilates Pty Ltd will not be responsible for the safekeeping of clients belongings while they are at the studio.

All purchases are final Cheeks Pilates Pty Ltd do not offer refunds on services or products for change of mind, injury, illness, change of address or any other reason.

All passes and memberships are non-transferable and may not be shared.

Age Limits: If the client is under 18 years they must attend with a parent or guardian. Clients must be a minimum of 16 years old to attend all Studio classes.

Pregnancy: If the client is pre- or post- partum Cheeks Pilates Pty Ltd requires medical clearance from a registered practitioner prior to attending a class. Prenatal clients up to 16 weeks can attend group classes. Clients who are post 16 weeks can move to 1:1 private classes should they wish to continue. It is the clients responsibility to inform Cheeks Pilates Pty Ltd via email (hello@cheekspilates.com) or in person as soon as they are aware. All prenatal information is kept highly confidential.

Post Injury: If the client is returning to exercise post injury Cheeks Pilates Pty Ltd requires medical clearance from a registered practitioner prior to attending a class.

Reformer Pilates Class Booking Cancellation Policies.

This policy applies across all Reformer Pilates classes in studio.

If you have booked to attend a class and wish to cancel your attendance, you must seek cancellation through the online booking system up to 6 hours prior to the scheduled commencement time for the class. Cheeks Pilates Pty Ltd will not accept cancellations by phone, e-mail or any other method other than by using the online booking system.

Any cancellations after the 6 hour mark will be considered a Late Cancel. If you do not cancel your class and you do not attend, you will be considered a No Show. This includes classes you are added into from the waitlist.

Clients with weekly memberships will be charged the following fees for each Late Cancel + No Show. Studio classes Late Cancel will incur a $10AUD fee. No Show will incur a $15AUD fee.

Clients with a Class Pass will forfeit their class for each Late Cancel or No Show.

Cancellation fees can be applied up to 7 days after the fact.

By booking online you are agreeing to the late cancellation and no show policy.

Infrared Sauna Appointment Booking Cancellation Policies.

This policy applies across all infrared sauna appointment bookings.
If you have booked to attend an appointment and wish to cancel your attendance, you must seek cancellation through the online booking system up to 4 hours prior to the scheduled commencement time for your appointment. Cheeks Pilates Pty Ltd will not accept cancellations by phone, e-mail or any other method other than by using the online booking system outside of the 4 hours.
Clients with a casual or multiple session pass will result in the loss of one pass for each Late Cancel and No Show.
By booking online you are agreeing to the late cancellation and no show policy.

Clients with weekly memberships will be charged the following fees for each Late Cancel + No Show. Recovery appointment Late Cancel will incur a $10AUD fee. No Show will incur a $15AUD fee.

Clients with an appointment pack will forfeit their class for each Late Cancel or No Show.

Cancellation fees can be applied up to 7 days after the fact.

By booking online you are agreeing to the late cancellation and no show policy.

Introductory Offer

Any introductory offer made by Cheeks Pilates Pty Ltd may only be purchased by new clients who have not yet attended the studio. Introductory Offers will be valid for 14 (fourteen) days. The term of the Introductory Offer will commence on the date of your first visit. No refunds, transfers, suspensions or extensions are offered on unused portions of any Introductory Offer due to illness, injury, change of address or any other reason.

Class and Appointment Packs

Monthly reformer class packs are valid for 30 (thirty) days. The term of the pack will commence on the date of your first visit.

Casual reformer, infrared sauna or compression and recovery purchases are valid for 12 (twelve) months. The term of the pack will commence on the date of your first visit.

No refunds, transfers, suspensions or extensions are offered on unused portions of the class or appointment packs due to illness, injury, change of address or any other reason.

Weekly Auto Pay Membership

There is no minimum term of all weekly auto pay Memberships. All memberships are subject to the term of the Membership commences on the date that you purchase the membership or such other date as agreed by Cheeks Pilates.

The membership will continue until you advise Cheeks Pilates via Email (hello@cheekspilates.com). Fourteen days notice is required to process the cancellation.

Weekly Auto Pay Memberships can be suspended for minimum 1 week (7 days) and maximum of 6 weeks via email (hello@cheekspilates.com) .  Memberships can be suspended for maximum 6 weeks per year. Please allow 72 hours to process membership suspensions.

Membership fees will be charged to your nominated credit card or bank account on a weekly basis via MindBody payments. It is your responsibility to ensure there are sufficient funds available to cover the weekly auto pay. If any auto pay is declined due to insufficient funds MindBody payments or your bank may charge you a fee from your account after the failed payment.

If an auto debit cannot be made for any reason, Cheeks Pilates Pty Ltd may in its absolute discretion, process payment anytime after the due date upon receipt of sufficient monies in your account.
